济南市科技创新国际化发展现状与对策建议

摘　　要：近年来,科技创新国际化趋势日趋明显,国家、省、市出台了一系列规划及相关政策推动科技创新国际化发展。提升济南科技创新国际化水平,对于加快推进区域性科创中心建设、推进新旧动能转换具有重大意义。通过分析济南市科技创新国际化的发展现状与瓶颈问题,可有针对性的提出济南科技创新国际化水平提升的对策建议,不断提升济南科技创新外向度,为区域性科技创新中心建设增加强有力的筹码。In recent years,the internationalization trend of technology innovation has become increasingly obvious,and the national,provincial and municipal governments have introduced a series of planning and related policies to promote the internationalization of technology innovation.It is of great significance to improve the internationalization level of technology innovation in Ji’nan,and to accelerate the construction of regional science and innovation center and promote the transformation of new and old kinetic energy.By analyzing the development current situation of international technology innovation and the bottleneck problem in Jinan,that can be targeted put forward suggestions on internationalization technology innovation level of Jinan,enhance extroverted degree of technology innovation in Jinan,to provide powerful jetton of the construction of regional technology innovation center.
