摘　　要：目前针对中学生和中学特点而进行食堂服务质量方面的研究甚少,为此,文章对中学食堂进行了详细调研,构建了学生满意度评价指标体系,据此设计了中学食堂学生满意度调查问卷;根据统计学原理计算得出了合理的样本容量,并采用SPSS Statistics软件对问卷调查结果进行了信度和效度分析,对调查所得的样本数据进行了统计分析;依据各指标的学生满意度分析了食堂存在的主要问题,提出了食堂管理和服务的改善措施。At present,there are few studies on the canteen service quality for high schools and their students.Therefore,the high school canteen was investigated firstly.The evaluation criteria architecture of student satisfaction was constructed.The questionnaire of student satisfaction was designed.According to the principle of statistics,a reasonable sample size was calculated.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS Statistics software.The sample data were statistically analyzed.According to the students satisfaction of each index,the main problems of canteen were analyzed.The corresponding measures were put forward to improve the management and service of canteen.
