现代大学体育素质教育的改革创新与发展

摘　　要：《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》中明确指出,健康体魄是青少年为祖国和人民服务的基本前提,是中华民族旺盛生命力的体现,学校教育要树立"健康第一"的指导思想,切实加强体育工作;教育是立国之本,是提高整个国民素质的根本所在。大学体育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,在增进学生身心健康,提高整体素质方面具有不可替代的作用。大量研究表明,体育锻炼除了增强体魄、磨练意志外,还具有心理治疗效应。本文贯彻"健康第一"的指导思想,在促进大学生的整体健康素质,以适应未来社会对人才的健康需求的素质教育为目标的基础上,对现代大学体育素质教育的改革创新与发展进行了研究与探讨:1、以教育部颁发的高校《新的锻炼健康标准》为契机,增加了选项课程的实践研究探讨,拓展大学体育教学内容、创新教学方法。2、围绕教育部制定的《高校教师职业道德规范》在体育教学中进行渗透。3、建议拓展丰富课外体育锻炼,培养终身体育锻炼的习惯。"Decision on Deepening Education Reform and Comprehensively Promoting Quality Education by The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council"declares clearly that healthy body is the basic premise for teenagers serving for the motherland and the people,and the embodiment of the strong vitality of Chinese nation,the school education must set up the " health first" guiding ideology,strengthen the sports work. Education is the foundation of the nation and is essential to improve the whole national quality.College sports,as an important part of higher education,plays an important part on improving students' physical and mental health,as well as the overall quality. A large number of studies have shown that,while increasing physical fitness and mental toughness,physical exercise also has psychological treatment effect. By carrying out "health first" guiding ideology,based on the promotion of overall health of college students and quality-oriented education originated health need of talents by future society,this paper discusses the reform innovation and development of modern college sport originated education: 1. Take the " new exercise health standard" Issued by the Ministry of Education as an opportunity to increase the option course of practical research,enrich teaching contents and innovate teaching methods. 2. Make full use of "college teachers ' professional ethics"in sport teaching. 3. Suggestions are made on expanding rich extracurricular physical exercise and cultivating the habit of lifelong physical exercise.
