上海市普通高校大学生体育锻炼现状分析

摘　　要：本文以调查上海市普通高校大学生体育锻炼现状为目的,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法以及数理统计法,利用SPSS软件进行数据分析,得出上海市大学生体育锻炼现状处于比较好状态。In order to investigating the present situation of sport exercise among college students in Shanghai,this paper uses research methods of literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and data analysis and software of SPSS to make statistical analysis. It is concluded that Shanghai college students ' sport exercise activities are in good condition.
