摘 要:目的:探讨急危重症护理学操作技能考核方法,以提高学生的急救综合能力。方法:将72名学生随机分为实验组36名和对照组36名,实验组采用情景模拟小组考核法进行技能考核,对照组采用传统的技能考核模式。课程结束后对实验组学生进行问卷调查,比较两组学生期末技能考核成绩及实验组学生对新考核模式的满意度并进行效果评价。结果:实验组36名学生中,有88.9%的学生对情景模拟小组考核模式非常满意和满意。实验组学生期末技能考核成绩高于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:情景模拟小组考核模式得到了实验组学生的普遍认可,不仅培养了学生的急救意识,提高了动手能力,还增强了团队意识,提高了分析问题和解决问题的能力,促进了共同合作与交流,提升了学生的综合急救能力。Objective: To explore the methods for assessing the practical skills of acute and critical care,so as to improve the comprehensive ability of students. Methods: The 72 students were randomly divided into experimental group 36 and control group 36,the experimental group used scenario simulation skills assessment team assessment method,the control group used the traditional skills assessment mode. After the end of the course to carry on the questionnaire survey to the students in the experimental group,compared two groups of students the skills examination results, evaluate the effect of students in the experimental group a new assessment model and satisfaction. Results: The experimental group 36 students,88. 9% of students assessment model of scene simulation group very pleased and satisfied. The scores of final skills in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with a significant difference( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Scenario simulation group assessment model has been widely recognized by the students in the experimental group,not only cultivate the students' consciousness of emergency,improve their practical ability,but also enhance the team consciousness,improve the ability to analyze and solve problems,promote mutual cooperation and exchanges,enhance the comprehensive first-aid ability of the students.
