国有建筑企业股权多元化对战略绩效的影响

摘　　要：不同股权构成会影响企业的资金成本和治理结构,进而影响企业的战略决策,最终影响企业的战略绩效.基于此,通过五维平衡记分卡与多元线性回归的实证方法,探究国有建筑集团下属子公司国有资本占比,员工持股比例对战略绩效的影响,完善国有企业改革,提高战略绩效.研究结果表明,国有资本占比与战略绩效呈线性负相关,员工持股比例与战略绩效呈线性正相关.国有建筑集团应推进股权改革,优化治理结构,加强员工激励,提高企业战略绩效.Different ownership structure can influence the cost of capital and governance structure,which affects the enterprise′s strategic decision-making,and ultimately affects the enterprise′s strategic performance.The relationship between the proportion of state-owned shares and strategic performance,the relationship between employee stock ownership and strategic performance was studied by the empirical analysis of the five dimensional balanced scorecard and multiple linear regression.The results show that the state-owned share ratio is negatively related to the strategic performance,and the proportion of employee stock ownership is positively related to the strategic performance.According to the results,state-owned construction group should promote equity reform,optimize the govermance structure,and strengthen staffmotivation to enhance enterprise strategic performance.
