影响脑卒中患者发生记忆功能障碍的相关危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨脑卒中患者出现记忆功能障碍的相关危险因素。方法:采用《临床记忆量表》对52例脑卒中患者(研究组)和52例健康体检者(对照组)进行检测,分析脑卒中患者出现记忆功能障碍的危险因素。结果:研究组记忆力减退5项分测验与记忆商明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组脑出血患者图像自由回忆测验分数比脑梗死患者低,其余分数比脑梗死患者高,但所有分数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与脑卒中患者发生记忆障碍的相关因素有发病次数,学历,工作情况,日常交流情况,铝接触史。结论:脑卒中患者记忆功能障碍的发生率较高,对患者预后产生不良影响,通过对这一系列危险因素的筛查和监控,为临床的治疗以及预防提供依据。Objective:To explore the related risk factors of memory dysfunction in stroke patients.Methods:Fifty-two stroke patients(study group)and 52 healthy subjects(control group)were enrolled in the 《Clinical memory scaleto》analyze the risk factors of memory dysfunction in stroke patients.Results:The scores of memory and memory test in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of free memory test in the study group were lower than those in the patients with cerebral infarction and the rest were higher than those in the patients with cerebral infarction There was no significant difference in scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The related factors of memory impairment in patients with stroke were frequency of occurrence,education,work,daily communication and history of aluminum exposure.Conclusion:The incidence of memory dysfunction in stroke patients is high,which has an adverse effect on the prognosis of patients.Screening and monitoring this series of risk factors provide the basis for clinical treatment and prevention.
