计算机模拟训练在泌尿外科微创手术教学中的应用和效果评价

摘　　要：随着内镜与腹腔镜技术的应用和发展,微创技术逐渐成为现代泌尿外科手术主流。然而,传统的外科教学模式及基本技能的训练如今已无法满足微创外科的发展需要,如何快速提高微创外科基本技能,逐渐成为当今外科临床教学面临的一大挑战。应用计算机模拟训练操作系统辅助进行相关内容的临床教学,结果表明,模拟系统可有效降低手术风险,显著提高学员的学习兴趣和实践能力,同时可以缩短学习曲线、提高教学效率,教学效果良好,为泌尿外科的临床教学工作提供了一个有益的思路。With the application and development of endoscopic andlaparoscopic techniques, minimally invasive techniques have gra-dually become the mainstream of modern urology surgery. However,the traditional pattern of surgical teaching and the basic skill trai-ning is now unable to meet the needs of the development of mini-mally invasive surgery, how to quickly improve the minimally inva-sive surgical basic skills, become a big challenge faced by the current clinical teaching of surgery. In this paper, application of computersimulation operating system support on related contents of clinicalteaching, the results show that the simulation system can effectivelyreduce the operation risk, improve students’ interest in learning andpractice ability, can shorten the learning curve at the same time, im-prove teaching ef？ ciency and teaching effect is good, for urologyclinical teaching work provides a useful idea.
