泮托拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗老年消化性溃疡的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的探讨泮托拉唑与奥美拉唑在对老年消化性溃疡治疗上的临床疗效。方法随机选取2015年~2017年患有老年性溃疡的患者80例作为本次的研究对象,并按照治疗方式的不同将这组患者分为对照组和观察组,观察组的患者使用泮托拉唑对患者进行治疗,对照组的患者使用奥美拉唑进行治疗,治疗结束之后,对两组患者的临床疗效进行分析对比。结果对照组患者中临床治疗的总有效率为75%;观察组患者中临床治疗的总有效率为92.5%。对照组患者不良反应发生率为17.5%;观察组患者不良反应发生率为7.5%,两组数据结果比较差异明显,在统计学上具有意义(P<0.05)。结论与使用奥美拉唑对老年性溃疡进行治疗,泮托拉唑具有更加良好的临床疗效,能够更加有效地对患者临床症状进行缓解,效果显著,并且安全,值得在临床治疗当中广泛推广。Objective To study the panxi tora azole and omeprazole in elderly patients with peptic ulcer clinical curative effect.Methods Randomly selected from 2015 ～ 2017, 80 cases of patients with senile ulcer as the object of study, and according to the different methods of treatment to the patients were divided into control group and observation group, the observation group of patients using panxi tora azole to treat patients in the control group patients with omeprazole treatment, after treatment, the comparative analysis of the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients.Results The control group in patients with clinical treatment the total effective rate was 75%;Observation group of patients in the clinical treatment of the total effective rate was 92.5%.The control group patients the incidence of adverse reactions was 17.5%;Observation group of patients the incidence of adverse reactions was 7.5%, two groups of data results compare differences, statistically signi？ cant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion With the use of omeprazole treating senile ulcer, panxi tora azole has better clinical curative effect, can more effectively to alleviate clinical symptoms, the effect signi？ cantly, and security, is widely applied in clinical treatment.
