摘  要:近年来,柯萨奇病毒A组6型(coxsackievirus A6,CV-A6)逐渐成为引起手足口病(hand,foot and mouth disease,HFMD)的主要病原体之一。与肠道病毒A组71型(enterovirus 71,EV-A71)和柯萨奇病毒A组16型(coxsackievirus A16,CV-A16)比较,CV-A6引起的HFMD更易出现非典型临床症状。除了儿童易感,CV-A6也可以引起免疫功能正常的成年人患病,研究显示CV-A6引起的不同临床症状可能与基因的突变有关。虽然现在还没有CV-A6相关HFMD的有效治疗方法,但临床快速检测CV-A6技术的增加以及CV-A6疫苗研发取得的可喜结果将对CV-A6相关手足口病的防控起到重要作用。Coxsackievirus A6 (CV-A6) has become one of the predominant pathogens of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in recent years. The infection caused by CV A6 is more likely to present with atypical clinical symptoms compared with that by EV-A71 (enterovirus 71, EV A71) and CV-A16 (coxsackievirus A16, CV- A16). HFMD predominantly affects young children although CV A6 associated HFMD also occurred in immu- nocompetent adults. It has been demonstrated that the genetic mutations are associated with the different clini cal manifestations of the diseases caused by CV-A6. Currently, there is no effective treatment for CV-A6 asso ciated HFMD, the rapid developed clinical laboratory diagnostic techniques and development of vaccine for CV A6 are extraordinarily important for prevention and control of CV-A6 associated HFMD outbreaks.
