摘  要:目的 :研究nNOS在生后不同发育阶段大鼠齿状回的表达。方法 :免疫组化ABC法及图象分析。结果 :nNOS免疫阳性细胞面数密度 :2周龄组最高 ,其次为 1周龄组 ,2周以后随着年龄的增加逐渐下降 ,3周龄组和 4周龄组之间差异不显著 ;其余各组间差异均显著。nNOS免疫阳性细胞IOD值 :2周龄组最高 ,2周以后随着年龄的增加逐渐下降 ,1周组IOD与 3月组相近。结论 :不同发育阶段大鼠齿状回的nNOS表达的表现出明显的动态变化特征 ,提示NO与齿状回的发育及功能具有密切关系。Objective:To investigate the developmental change of nNOS expression in developing dentate gyrus(DG) of rats. Methods: By means of ABC immunohistochemistry,the expression of nNOS in DG of rats was observed during the post-embryonic development. Results: The numerical density on area of nNOS positive cells(NA) of 2 weeks group was the hightest and the next was 1 week group.With the increase age, NA gradually decreased after 2 weeks and there were no marked difference between 3 weeks and 4 weeks group,but there were marked difference among others groups. The IOD value nNOS positive cells in 2 weeks group was the highest,and it decreased after 2 weeks with aging.The IOD value of 1 week group was equal to that of 3 months group. Conclusion:With with change of age, the expression of nNOS in DG has obvious developmental change trend.
