摘  要:通过调查发现,国家中职示范校项目建设开展五年来,师资队伍建设成果增量显著,"双师型"教师比例大幅度提升,师资队伍培养体系趋于完善。但是,随着"后示范"时代的来临,示范校建设期间师资队伍建设遗留的问题开始凸显。建议中职学校从提升教师个体核心竞争力、建立健全名师大师工作室的管理和运转机制、提高师资队伍的国际化水平三个方面入手探索"后示范"背景下师资队伍建设的新路径。It is found that teaching staff construction achievements has increased significantly with the increasing ratio of " Double-qualified Teacher" and the improved teachers training system since the project of secondary vocational teachers" schools was taken up. However, with the arrival of "post-teachers" education" era, the problems left by the construction of the demonstration school are beginning to come out. To solve the problems, secondary vocational schools can explore the new path of the construction of the teaching staff under the background of "post-teachers" education " from three aspects: improving the core competitiveness of the teachers, the management and operation mechanism of the master masters" studio and the internationalization level of the teachers.
