辅酶Q10联合克龄蒙治疗卵巢功能减退的疗效及对患者卵巢内分泌功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨辅酶Q10联合克龄蒙治疗卵巢功能减退的疗效及对卵巢内分泌功能的影响。方法选择2015年1月-2016年1月间在延安大学附属医院接受治疗的80例卵巢功能减退患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组患者接受克龄蒙治疗,观察组患者接受辅酶Q10联合克龄蒙治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果,检测血清中卵巢相关激素、卵巢储备功能指标水平的差异。结果观察组治疗后的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清中卵巢激素卵泡刺激素(FSH)、FSH/LH的水平低于对照组(P<0.05),黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)的水平高于对照组(P<0.05),卵巢储备指标抗苗勒管激素(AMH)、抑制素B(INHB)的水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论辅酶Q10联合克龄蒙用于卵巢功能减退患者的治疗,有助于整体疗效提升、卵巢内分泌功能改善。Objective To explore the curative effect of coenzyme Q10 combined with Climen in treatment of hypoovarianism and the influence on endocrine function of ovary.Methods Eighty patients with hypoovarianism treated in Affiliated Hospital of Yan＆#39;an University from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,40 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated with Climen,and the patieuts in observation group were treated with coenzyme Q10 combined with Climen.The therapeutic effects in the two groups were compared,ovarian hormones and ovarian reserve function indexes were measured before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）.The level of serum follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH） and FSH/luteinizing hormone （LH） ratio in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）.The levels of LH and estradiol in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）.The levels of anti-M＆#252;llerian hormone （AMH） and inhibin B （INHB） in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Coenzyme Q10 combined with Climen in treatment of hypoovarianism contributes to improvement of overall effect and ovarian endocrine function.
