摘 要:长轨列车组在通过施工安全道曲线段时,所载长轨对列车有较大的横向挤压,直接影响列车、轨道及扣件的安全性。采用有限元软件Abaqus模拟计算了500 m长轨列车通过曲线段时长轨与每节运载车的相互作用力,建立了单节运载车、钢轨、扣件、轨枕相互作用的有限元模型,计算出三组不同扣件约束方式下的受力状态。研究结果表明:长轨车组低速通过半径为300 m的曲线轨道时,列车组第二节车受到的作用力最大;现有的"松8留1"扣件约束方式是安全的;扣件挡板与钢轨轨道接触处有危险的应力集中。When one train carrying long rails passes the curved segment of the safety-railway, there is a transversal interac- tion between long rails and train, which has direct influences on the security of the train, track and fasteners. The interac- tion force between the train and the 500-meter long rails, which are passing through the curved segment, is computed by the finite element software Abaqus. The finite element model, including carrier loader, rails, fasteners and sleepers, is estab- lished to calculate their stress states under three fastening ways. The results show that the maximum interaction force is on the second vehicle while the train starts to pass through the 300-meter radius curved segment with low speed. It is safe to adopt the fastening way of removing 8 fasteners and only 1 remained, and there is a dangerous stress concentration on the baffle of the remained fastener that contacts with the rail.
