摘  要:介绍了目前常用的三种回转轴标定方法标定原理和数据拼合算法。通过标定球不同位置旋转测量实验来比较并验证这三种标定方法测量精度的高低。实验结果表明基于"测试工装"标定方法较基于高度不同的两个标准球标定方法和基于一个标准球的标定方法精度更高,达到了数微米,其误差主要取决于标定工装基准面和基准孔的形位公差值的大小以及千分表找正工装的精度。基于"测试工装"标定方法更适合航空发动机叶片高精度高效率检测的要求。The three kinds of typical calibration methods are introduced. The calibration principle and data registration of them are discussed. The experiments that using a calibration ball to rotate measurement in different location are compared and verified the level of these methods. The experiment prove that the precision of the calibration method based on test equipment is higher than based on two standard spheres of different heights and based on one standard sphere, which is less than ten microns. The error of based on test equipment's calibration method stem from precision of frock's reference plane and reference hole and the level of dial indicator put right frock. The calibration method based on test equipment is fit for high-precision measurement of the aero-engine blade.
