中药治疗室性期前收缩的研究与应用

摘　　要：室性期前收缩(premature ventricular beats,PVB),是最常见的室性心律失常,近年来研究发现中药治疗PVB,在改善患者临床症状,减少化学药物不良反应,增加治疗效果方面具有优势,其作用机制可能通过调节多离子通道而调节心肌细胞自律性,抑制触发机制及折返激动的途径实现。因此总结目前中药治疗PVB的临床应用与研究现状,可指导临床医生应用中药治疗PVB,同时为今后研发治疗PVB的中成药提供思路,为规范化治疗PVB中成药用药奠定基础。Premature ventricular beats（ PVB） is the most common type of ventricular arrhythmia. In recent years,the research has discovered that Chinese herbal medicine is advantageous to the treatment of PVB by relieving the clinical symptoms,reducing the adverse reactions of chemical drugs and increasing therapeutic effects. In mechanism study,the effects of Chinese herbal medicine are achieved through the regulation of multi-ion channel to adjust the automaticity of myocardial cell,the inhibition of trigger mechanism and the reentrant excitation. Therefore,the summary of the current clinical application and study on PVB treated with Chinese herbal medicine may provide the guidance for the clinical physicians in the application of Chinese herbal medicine and benefit the future study on the disease so as to lay the foundation of the specification on the application of Chinese herbal medicine for PVB.
