摘　　要：戴季陶作为民国时期的政治理论家,其教育及考试思想既包含着浓厚的传统元素,又体现出鲜明的现代色彩;既有一定的守旧性,又有明显的创新性。戴季陶的教育特别是考试思想对民国考试制度与人才选拔产生了重要的影响,同时对我们今天研究学校教育与考试的关系以及教育考试制度改革也有一定的参考价值。Dai Jitao as an important political theorist in the Republican period of China. His educational and examination thought not only contains a strong traditional element, but also reflects the distinctive modem colors; not only has a certain conservative but also has a significant innovation. Dai Jitao＇ s education, especially the examination thought, has had an important influence on the examination system and talent selection of the Republic of China and it also has some reference value for the study of the relationship between school education and examination and the reform of educational examination system.
