摘　　要：经济社会发展进入新时代和国家新阶段奋斗目标,为港口发展进一步指明了方向,也提出了新的要求。在经济贸易快速增长、改革开放和技术进步三重动力推动下,我国港口快速发展,取得了显著成就。针对交通发展,党的十九大报告明确提出了交通强国的目标。With the triple impetus of the rapid growth of economy and trade, reform and opening up and technological progress, China's ports have developed rapidly and achieved remarkable achievements. In response to the traffic development, the report of the 19 th National People's Congress of the CPC made clear the goal of the great transport power. The development of economic society into the new era and the new stage of the country aims to further indicate the direction of port development, and also puts forward new requirements, mainly being reflected in the six aspects as discussed in the article.
