原发性肝癌患者的血小板功能改变  

FUNCTIONAL CHANGES OF THROMBOCYTE IN PATIENTS WITH PRIMARY HEPATIC CARCINOMA

摘　　要：本文测定23例原发性肝癌(PHC)患者的血小板数目(PLT)、容积(MPV)、容积分布曲线(VDC)、粘附率(AdhP)、最大聚集率(MAR)及膜糖蛋白Ib(GPIb)、膜糖蛋白Ⅲa(GPⅢa)。结果表明,PHC患者的PLT、MPV及容积分布参数均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);AdhR、MAR高于对照组)P<0.05)。PHC组MPV与AdhR呈有意义的负相关,而GPIb与R_(10)、GPIb与AdhR以及GPⅢa与MPV、GPⅢa与R_(10)、GPⅢa与MRA均呈有意义的正相关。The data of the study on blood platelet function in 23 cases with primaryhepatocellular carcinoma(PHC) is reported. Parameters studied were number ofplatelet (PLT), mean volume (MPV), volume distribution curve (VDC),adhesion rate(AdhR), maximal aggregation rate (MAR), membrane glycoproteinIb (GPIb) and membrane glycoprotein Ⅲa (GPⅢa). PLT, MPV and volumedistribution parameters in the PHC group were significantly lower than thosein the control group (P<0.01). In PHC, VDC as a whole deviated to theleft and width of the curve decreased, AdhR and MAR in the PHC groupwere significantly higher, while GPIb and GPⅢa relatively lower than thatin the control group. In the PHC group, negative corretation between MPVand AdhR (P<0.05 r=-0.41), positive correlation between GPIb and R_(10),GPIb and AdhR, GPⅢa and MPV, GPⅢa and R_(10) and GPⅢa and MAR(P<0.05 respectively) were found.
