摘　　要：目的 探讨全程质量管理在达芬奇机器人器械清洗中的应用效果.方法 采用目的抽样法,选择2016年7-9月处理的达芬奇手术器械312件为对照组,2016年10-12月处理的达芬奇手术器械513件为观察组.对照组器械实行常规的清洗、消毒处理,观察组器械采用全程质量管理,比较两组器械的返洗器械率.结果 对照组返器械率为3.8%,高于观察组的1.8%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=3.423,P〈0.05）.结论 对达芬奇机器人器械实施全程质量管理,可以提高消毒供应中心的服务质量,保障达芬奇手术的顺利进行.Objective To explore the application effect of the whole process quality control on the Da Vinci surgical instruments cleaning. Methods Using objective sampling method, 312 Da Vinci surgical instruments handled from July 2016 to September 2016 were selected as the control group, while 513 instruments handled from October 2016 to December 2016 were recruited into the observation group. The control group used routine cleaning and sterilization method. Meanwhile, the observation group received the whole process quality control. The rate of re-cleaning for Da Vinci surgical instruments were compared between two groups. Results The rate of re-cleaning for Da Vinci surgical instruments was 3.8% in the control group, which was higher than that （1.8%） in the observation group. The difference between two groups was statistically significant （χ2=3.423, P〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of the whole process quality control on the Da Vinci surgical instruments cleaning can improve the service quality of central sterile supply and guarantee the smooth process of Da Vinci-assisted surgery.
