钼铑双靶数字乳腺摄影在乳腺脂肪瘤中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的分析钼铑双靶数字乳腺摄影在乳腺脂肪瘤中的临床诊断价值。方法选取我院2015年7月~2016年7月共90例乳腺脂肪瘤患者。分为常规组和治疗组,每组45人。常规组:用B超进行诊断;治疗组:用钼铑双靶数字乳腺摄进行诊断。结果治疗组的符合率91.1%优于常规组82.2%,二组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钼铑双靶数字乳腺摄影在临床中广泛应用,可以明确得对乳腺内很多病变进行诊断,成为医师诊断病情的重要依据,缩短患者病程,提高了患者的生活质量,省略了不必要的手术和检查,值得推广。Obje c t ive To analyze the value of rshodium m o l y b d e n u m target photography in diagnosing breast lipoma Methods Ninety cases of patients with breast lipoma in our hospital fromjuly 2015 to July 2016 were collected as experimental group and control group, with each group 45 cases. The patients in control group were diagnosed by B^scan ultrasonography and the patients in experimental group were diagnosed by rshodium molybdenum target photography. Results T h e compliance rate of the experimental group was 91. 1 % , which w a s better than that of the routine group of 82. 2 % , and the difference be-tween the two groups was statistically significant （P〈C〇 . 05）. Conclusion Diagnosis with rshodium m o l y b d e n u m target p h o -tography is widely used in clinical. Many pathology in the breast could be clearly diagnosed which was becoming an important basis for doctors to diagnose the disease and improved the quality of life of patients. Rshodium molybdenum target photogra-phy could also avoid unnecessary operations and examinations and was worthy of popularizing.
