试析茶叶重金属污染及其克服途径

摘　　要：重金属污染已成为影响茶叶质量安全的重要问题之一。该文结合近年来的研究,综述了茶叶重金属污染的来源及其克服途径,指出在粉尘量较大的公路路边种植3m高的绿篱可有效阻隔粉尘中铅等重金属对于路边茶园的污染,加工过程中尽量做到机具和环境的洁净以减少重金属污染。可为当下茶叶生产提供参考。The pollution of heavy metals became one of focus problems of tea quality and safety.Based onthe investigations in recent years,the article summed up the sources of pollutants of heavy metals andtheir overcoming methods,suggested that growing 3 high hedge on the roadside of driveway with heavystive could obstruct the pollution on tea plantation,and maintained machines,tools and their environmentclean during the tea process so as to reduce the heavy metal pollution.The idea can be referred for thepresent tea production.
