新工科背景下产学研协同创新研究生培养机制的研究

摘　　要：探讨了新工科背景下基于产学研协同创新机制的高等教育人才培养模式。新工科背景下对高校的创新型人才培养提出了新的要求,各高校以经济发展需求为导向,以落实国家"实施创新驱动发展战略"为契机,不断开拓思路积极创新,探索了多条不同特色的协同创新人才培养机制。针对高校传统人才培养的缺陷,提出了"横向协同、纵向创新"的研究生联合培养模型和"2+3"产学研协同创新人才培养模式。在新工科背景下,鲁东大学积极探索创新型人才培养改革,提出了"重导师组制度、抓特色培养、严过程管理"的产学研协同创新研究生人才培养措施,有助于培养出国家和社会需求的创新型和应用型高素质人才。The talents training pattern of Higher Education is discussed on the collaborative innovation mechanism of production-study-research based on the new engineerings background in this paper. The new requirements are put forward for the innovative talents in universities under the background of new engineerings. By taking the economic development demand as the guidance, universities carry out the national ＂innovation driven development strategy＂ as an opportunity. With the development of the positive innovation thought, many talents-training mechanisms with different characteristic coordinated innovation are explored. In order to remedy the defects of traditional university education, the model of ＂horizontal collaboration, longitudinal innovation＂ for the joint training of graduate students is presented, and the innovative talents training mode of ＂2＋3＂ cooperative innovative is proposed. In the new engineerings background, the reform of cultivating innovative talents is explored actively in Ludong University. The postgraduate training measures of ＂tutor group system, grasping the characteristics of culture research, strict process management＂ are put forward for production-study-research collaborative innovation. It is conducive to develop innovative and applied talents for the national and social needs.
