摘 要:针对小区开放对周边道路通行的影响问题,该文基于机理分析得到了小区周边道路车辆通行模型,并对不同类型小区开放对周边道路的影响进行了定量分析。首先运用机理分析,得到了平均路段行程时间和交叉口平均延误时间的表达式,进而求得周边道路通行总时间;接着考虑到小区内部道路情况对模型进行改进,针对繁华地段人车分行小区及非繁华地段人车混行小区进行模型求解。实践表明,开放繁华地段人车分行小区对周边道路通行会有一定缓解。To solve this problem of the influence of open-community on the surrounding road traffic, the traffic model of the sur-rounding road is established based on the mechanism analysis, and the impact of different types of open-community on the surrounding roads traffic is quantitatively analyzed. Firstly, the expressions of the average travel time and the average intersection delay time are ob-tained by using mechanism analysis, thus the total travel time of the surrounding road is obtained. Next the model is improved by taking into account the internal community road conditions. The improved model is applied to two kinds of community, one is in bustling lot with the road without sidewalk, and pedestrian and vehicle traveling together, the other is in non - bustling lot with separated pedestrian and vehicle. The results show that the opening of the first type of community will have a certain relief.
