摘 要:实验废弃液的回收再利用,既能减少环境污染,又能节约实验教学经费。该文结合实验室现有条件,根据学生实验产生的含铬废液、含碘废液的特点,将其回收利用设计为本科生开放实验。详细分析了利用含铬废液制备重铬酸钾、利用含碘废液制备碘化钾的实验原理和实验步骤,总结了上述两种废液回收利用开放实验的实施、组织与考核,以及开放实验教学过程中应注意的问题。该开放实验的实施,有助于提高学生的动手能力以及运用所学分析方法解决实际问题的能力。The recycling of the waste liquid of the experiment can reduce the environmental pollution and save the funds of the ex-periment teaching. Based on the existing conditions of the laboratory, this paper designed two opening experiments for undergraduates according to the chromium and iodine containing wastewater produced in the experiments. It analyzed the preparation of potassium di-chromate by chromium containing wastewater, the experimental principle and procedure for preparing iodine with iodine containing waste in details. It summarized the implementation, organization and evaluation of the two kinds of waste liquid recycling experiments, as well as the problems that should be paid attention to in the course of opening experiment teaching. Generally speaking, these open experiments are helpful to improve students’ practical ability and the ability to solve practical problems by using the analytical method.
