摘  要:我国正式成为《华盛顿协议》缔约成员,标志着我国高等工程教育发展又迈上了新台阶。在后续发展过程中,我国高等工程教育必须深刻把握"以生为本""成果导向"和"持续改进"三大内涵特征,但以工科毕业生的就业表现来看,制度惯性与《华盛顿协议》内涵要求形成了鲜明反差。随着"新工科"建设倡议的发起,我国工科教育发展面临重大变革。《华盛顿协议》与"新工科"建设具有内在统一性和实质等效性,二者的有效对接将有助于我国实现以国际"新理念"重塑人才培养目标,以国际"新标准"构建人才培养模式,以国际"新技术"设计质量评价体系,从而将工科人才培养质量供给作为支撑我国新经济、新产业、新业态和新技术发展的基石。China has now become a full member of the Washington Accord,marking a forward new step in development of higher education of engineering. In the process of follow-up development,the higher education of engineering must deeply hold three connotations and features: "student-centered","outcome-based"and "continuous improvement"in China. The article described the engineering graduates' employment performances as an observation point,and it showed that significant exist contrasts between institutional inertia and the connotation requirements of the Washington Accord.With the launch of the initiative of "the Emerging Engineering"construction,the development of engineering education will face significant changes. There are inherent unity and substantial equivalence between the Washington Accord and "the Emerging Engineering"construction,and their effective connection will be beneficial to realize internationally "the new idea"to build talent cultivation aim,"the new criteria"to construct talent cultivation model and "the new technology"to design quality evaluation system. Finally supply of engineering education quality is footstone to sustain new economy,new industry,new types of business and new technology.
