摘　　要：农业经济转型发展是当前农业经济管理领域的热点问题,根据农业的特征,从科学技术创新角度实现农业增产、农民增收,从产业经济角度使农业与工业、服务业融合发展,打破原有产业的界限,是农业经济转型的新方向。这就为农业创业者创造价值,提供了新机会。农业创业促进农业经济转型成为研究热点。本文通过创业者特征、创业者关系、政策适应与农业创业绩效机理的研究,找出农业创业企业绩效演变机理,以上因素共同作用,直接影响创业的最终效果,借助于调查与实证分析,本文通过对比分析农业创业成功和失败的案例,探究农业创业绩效的影响因素及作用机理,将隐性影响因素通过定量分析方式进行假设检验,突出研究的科学性和准确性,为农业创业者和企业提供理论支持。更便于发挥农业资源优势和加速产业转型。The transformation of agricultural economy development is a hot topic of current agricultural econom-ic management field, according to the characteristics of agriculture, realize agricultural production, science and technology innovation from the perspective of farmers income, from the perspective of industrial economy to agricul-ture and industry, the development of services integration, breaking the boundaries of existing industries, is the new direction of agricultural economic transformation. This provides n e w opportunities for agricultural entrepreneurs to create value. Agricultural entrepreneurship promotes the transformation of agricultural economy has becomea hot research topic. The characteristics of entrepreneur and cooperative power, policy research and agricultural business performance of the adaptation mechanism, find out the agricultural entrepreneurial performance evolution mecha-nism ,the above factors, directly affects the effect of entrepreneurship, by means of investigation and empirical a-nalysis, through comparative analysis of agricultural business case of success and failure, explore the impact of agri-cultural entrepreneurial performance factors and mechanism of the recessive factors, through the quantitative analy-sis method for hypothesis testing, scientificity and accuracy of outstanding research, provide theoretical support for agricultural entrepreneurs and enterprises. It is mor e convenient to give full play to the advantages of agricultural resources and accelerate industrial transformation.Key words ; ; ;
