摘　　要：针对现有圆木锯切加工过程中需对堆叠板材进行分离的需求,研制了一种适用于对堆叠板材进行分离操作的装置,该装置利用板材的自重作用,通过倾斜布置的直板带耳式输送链条对板材进行分离传送操作。介绍了该装置的设计思路及其工作原理,通过相关推导确定了该装置的几何参数,并通过ADAMS软件仿真试验与多组实物试验验证了该装置功能的可实现性。In view of the need to separate the stacked plates in the sawing process of the existing log saws,a device suitable for separating the stacked plates is developed. The device utilizes the self-weight of plates to separate the plates using the inclined conveyor chain with straight plate and clasp. The design idea and the working principle of the device are introduced,the core geometrical parameters of the device are determined through correlation derivation,and the realization of the function of the device is verified by ADAMS simulation tests and several groups of physical tests.
