摘 要:从湖北、安徽等地的水稻、小麦、豇豆、西瓜等种植区采集土壤,进行了微生物分离和培养。采用对峙培养法,筛选到20株对11种重要作物病原真菌,如水稻稻瘟菌、小麦赤霉菌、豇豆根腐菌、西瓜枯萎菌等,具有不同拮抗活性的细菌,其中2株具有广谱抗真菌活性。利用高效液相色谱和质谱对其中一株菌株的代谢产物进行了制备和结构初步鉴定,发现其主要活性成分为多烯类物质,分子量为803.67。继续深入研究抗菌物质结构和抑菌机理,将有助于新型生物源杀菌剂的开发。Soils were collected from rice, wheat, cowpea and watermelon fields from Hubei and Anhui, et al. , which were used for isolation and culture of microorganisms. Adopting the confrontation culture method, 20 strains of bacteria were obtained with different antagonistic activities to 11 species of important pathogenic fungi, such as Magnaporthegrisea, Fusarium graminearum, Fusarium solani, Fusarium oxsporum, et al. , two of which had broad- spectrum antagonistic activities. Utilizing HPLC and LC- MASS, the metabolites of one strain were prepared and the structures were primarily identified, which revealed that one major antagonistic component was a type of polyenic compound with a molecular weight of 803.67. Further in-depth studies in its structure and antagonistic mechanism would benefit for development of new types of fungicides.
