摘  要:以黑龙江省20份芸豆品种为材料,分别应用银染法和荧光检测法检测8对SSR引物的扩增产物。聚类分析表明,两种方法均能将供试品种鉴别开,荧光检测法的等位变异及PIC较聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检测更多更高,荧光检测法检测出的遗传多样性指数略高于银染法。结果表明荧光检测法较银染法灵敏度更高、检测结果更准确,更适于用于遗传多样性分析。20 kidney bean cultivars from Heilongjiang Province as materials, silver staining and fluorescence detection were applied to detect 8 pairs of SSR primers amplified products. Cluster analysis showed that both two methods could identify the tested varieties,compared with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis detection,equipotential variation and PIC of fluorescence detection method could detect much more and higher, the genetic diversity index by fluorescence detection method was higher than that of silver staining method. The results showed that the fluorescence detection method was more sensitive and accurate than the silver staining method, and it was more suitable for the analysis of genetic diversity.
