完善的术前访视在脑功能区肿瘤术中唤醒患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究术前访视在脑功能区肿瘤术中唤醒患者的效果与特点。方法回顾该院2010年2月至2011年9月开展术中唤醒患者术前访视情况，寻找其中的不足，于2011年10月使用完善的术前访视，随机抽取2个阶段患者分为研究组和对照组，每组10例。研究组实行完善的常规术前访视，对照组仅行常规术前访视。分析完善的术前访视对患者的积极意义。从患者角度出发，了解其内心主要的顾虑，根据实际情况提供各种正面信息，以缓解恐惧、焦虑情绪为主。结果研究组患者术中焦虑程度评分、术中配合程度评分均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针对脑功能区肿瘤术患者进行完善的术前访视能有效缓解患者紧张、焦虑情绪，促使患者积极配合手术，改善了术中唤醒阶段患者与医护人员之间的配合，从而保证了手术安全、顺利的进行。Objective To explore the effect and characteristics of preoperative visit in patients with brain functional tumors. Methods Review carried out preoperative visit to the patients with wake-up operation in our department from February 2010 to September 2011, find the problems, on October 2011 using the improved preoperative visit, 20 eases in each stage were randomly selected from two patients as the research object,the study was divided into experimental group and control group two groups, 10 cases in each group. The experimental group received routine preoperative visit, while the control group only received routine preoperative visit. Analysis of the positive significance of preoperative interview. From the point of view of patients, to understand their main concerns,according to the actual situation to provide a variety of positive information,in order to alleviate fear,anxiety based. Results In the experimental group,the score of anxiety and the score of intraoperative cooperation were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with brain tumor surgery to improve the preoperative, visit ean effectively relieve the tension and anxiety of patients,improve the patients actively eooperate with the operation,improve the coordina- tion between the intraoperative wake-up period of patients and medical staff,so as to ensure the safety of the operation smoothly.
