摘  要:目的研究原发性慢性闭角型青光眼(PCACG)患者小梁网组织中GRP78和CHOP的表达,探讨内质网应激在CACG小梁细胞氧化损伤中的作用。方法 HE染色法观察PCACG患者小梁组织的结构及形态变化。免疫组化检测PCACG患者小梁组织切片中的内质网应激相关因子GRP78、CHOP的表达水平。结果PCACG患者小梁网组织网眼窄小,部分伴有纤维化、消失,Schlemm管腔呈不规则性变窄,可见色素附着。免疫组化结果显示,GRP78、CHOP在对照组小梁组织中少量表达。而GRP78、CHOP在PCACG患者小梁组织中表达明显增加,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PCACG患者小梁网中存在慢性内质网应激,内质网应激可能参与了小梁细胞的氧化损伤。Objective To study the expressions of GRP78 and CHOP in the trabecular meshwork of primary chronic angle-closure glaucoma( PCACG) patients,to elucidate the role of endoplasmic reticulum stress in the oxidative damage of trabecular meshwork in PCACG patients. Methods The structure and morphological changes of trabecular meshwork in CACG patients were observed by HE staining. The expressions of GRP78 and CHOP in the trabecular meshwork of PCACG patients were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The structure derangements such as the narrow and fibrosis of trabecular meshwork,the irregular narrow and pigmentation of Schlemm's canal were discovered in PCACG patients. The expressions of GRP78 and CHOP increased significantly in the trabecular meshwork of PCACG patients( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The study indicate the presence of chronic endoplasmic reticulum stress in trabecular meshwork of PCACG patients. Endoplasmic reticulum stress may be involved in the oxidative damages of trabecular meshwork.
