华蟾素片联合XELOX方案对结直肠癌术后化疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨华蟾素片联合XELOX方案对于结直肠癌术后化疗的临床价值。方法根据纳入标准,收集2014—2016年收治的80例结直肠癌术后患者的临床资料。按照随机法均分为试验组和对照组,分别给予华蟾素片联合XELOX方案和单纯XELOX方案,比较2组的临床疗效。结果试验组患者化疗后的生活质量的改善方面明显优于对照组;并且试验组在白细胞下降、减少恶心呕吐等毒副作用方面明显优于对照组;2组患者治疗前后癌胚抗原(CEA)水平经比较均有显著下降,且试验组的下降更加显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论华蟾素片联合XELOX方案能够明显提高患者的生活质量,有效提高化疗效果,减轻化疗的毒副反应发生率,临床效果显著。Objective To discuss the clinical value of Cinobufotalin combined with XELOX regimen in chemotherapy after colorectal cancer surgery. Methods From 2014 to 2016, according to the inclusion index, a total of 80 patients after colorectal cancer surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received XELOX regimen. Moreover, the observation group received Cinobufotalin combined with XELOX regimen. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The improvement in quality of life of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group. Meanwhile, in terms of Leucopenia, nausea and vomiting, the observation group was better than the control group. The laboratory tests of CEA after the treatment, the both groups had obvious reduction, and the observation group had a significant reduction in statistics（ P 0.05）. Conclusion Cinobufotalin combined with XELOX regimen had significant clinical effect, which reflected in improving the life quality, enhancing the chemotherapy effect, and reducing chemotherapy response.
