摘　　要：本文从新生儿父亲产后抑郁影响因素及其对策两个方面进行综述。影响因素包括产妇产后抑郁、产科因素、新生儿因素、心理因素及社会因素;对策包括加强医护人员的教育与培训,产前健康教育,心理护理。This paper reviewed and analyzed influencing factors of paternal postpartum depression and its coping strategies. Influencing factors included maternal postpartum depression, obstetrical factors, neonatal lhctors, psychological factors and social factors. We recommended that education and training of healthcare providers should be enhanced, as well as prenatal education and psychological nursing.
