摘  要:目的优化工艺合成精制盐酸洛美利嗪。方法以2,3,4-三甲氧基苯甲醛与双-(4-氟苯基)甲基哌嗪为起始物料反应生成盐酸洛美利嗪。结果经过工艺优化,收率达到73.5%。所得产品结构经1H-NMR,MS,元素分析确证。粗品经过精制,纯度更高。结论本工艺适合工业生产且纯度较高。Objectives To synthesize and Refinement lomerizine hydrochloride. Methods The reaction of 2,3,4- tri methoxy benzaldehyde and double -(4-fluoro phenyl) methylpiperazine as the starting material to produce lomeizine hydrochloride. Results The reaction was modified and improved, theyield was 73.5%. The structure of title compound was confirmed by 1H-NMR, MS and elemental analysis data. The crude product is refined and the purity is higher. Conclusion The process can be easily controlled and has high purity.
