摘  要:目的分析氯丙嗪、氟哌啶醇和舒必利对体外培养大鼠胰岛细胞分泌功能的影响。方法将36只健康雌性Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠随机分为氯丙嗪组(1μmol/L氯丙嗪+0.1%DMSO)、氟哌啶醇组(1μmol/L氟哌啶醇+0.1%DMSO)、舒必利组(1μmol/L舒必利+0.1%DMSO)和对照组(0.1%DMSO),每组各9只。将溶液注射于大鼠的胰岛细胞,温育48 h,测定胰岛素浓度和胞内钙荧光强度。结果氯丙嗪组的胰岛素分泌量和胰岛细胞胞内钙荧光强度值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氯丙嗪对体外培养大鼠胰岛细胞分泌功能抑制明显。Objective To explore the effects of first-generation antipsychotics to influence secretory function of islets cell in isolated rat. Methods A total of 36 healthy female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into chlorpromazine group( 1μmol/L chlorpromazine + 0. 1% DMSO),haloperidol group( 1 μmol/L haloperidol + 0. 1% DMSO),sulpiride group( 1 μmol/L sulpiride + 0. 1% DMSO) and control group( 0. 1% DMSO). They were examined with level of insulin and mean fluorescence intensity after injection and 48 hours of incubation. Results The levels of insulin and mean fluorescence intensity in chlorpromazine group were all significantly lower than those in control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusions It 's obvious for chlorpromazine to inhibit the secretory function of islets cell in the isolated rat.
