摘　　要：目的探讨森田疗法对于失眠症患者元担忧、睡眠信念与态度的影响。方法选取60例门诊失眠症患者,随机分为研究组(佐匹克隆和森田疗法)和对照组(佐匹克隆治疗)各30例,治疗2个月,施测元担忧问卷(MWQ)、功能失调性睡眠信念与态度量表(DBASS)及阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)。结果治疗后,研究组MWQ、DBASS各因子、AIS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组AIS评分与MWQ总分、DBASS中感受到的失眠结果、失眠无助感均呈正相关(P<0.05)。回归分析显示,失眠无助感可预测研究组患者睡眠质量,可解释其睡眠质量变异的54%(P<0.05)。结论森田疗法通过降低失眠症患者的元担忧、减少功能失调性睡眠信念与态度来改善睡眠,元担忧、对失眠后果的估计、对睡眠的担心对于患者的睡眠质量有预测作用。Objective To explore the effects of non-hospitalized Morita Therapy on meta-worry and dysfunctional beliefs and attitudes about sleep. Methods 6 0 patients with insomnia disorder were selected and randomly divided into study group （ 30 cases） with zopiclone combined with Morita Therapy and control group（30 cases） with only zopiclone for 2 months of treatment. They were assessed with Meta-Worry Questionnaire（ MWQ） , Dysfunctional Beliefs and Attitudes about Sleep Scale（ DBASS） and Athens Insomnia Scale （AIS）. Results After treatment, the total scores of MWQ and AIS and all factor scores of DBASS in study group were significantly lower than those in control group （P 〈0. 05）. In study group, the total score of AIS was positively correlated with the total score of MWQ and factor scores of perceived consequences of insomnia and worry about insomnia of DBASS（P 〈0. 05）. Regressive analysis showed that worry about insomnia had significant predictive effects on score of AIS and could account for 54% of variance of patients, sleep quality in study group （ P 〈 0 .05 ） . Conclusion Morita Therapy could improve the sleep quality in patients with insomnia disorder through relieving meta-worry and adjusting the dysfunctional beliefs and attitudes about sleep; meta-worry, perceived consequences of insomnia and worry about insomnia are predictors of sleep quality.
