基于Meta分析埃克替尼联合TP化疗可显著治疗非小细胞肺癌

摘　　要：为了探究埃克替尼联合TP方案化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效与安全性,本研究通过计算机检索MEDLINE、Pubmed图书馆、中国生物医学文献数据库、清华同方数据库、中文期刊全文数据库等数据库资源,对埃克替尼联合TP方案化疗与TP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌进行了Meta分析。文献搜索的起止时间从2006~2016,选择符合纳入标准的文献进行分析。本研究共纳入15个随机对象,埃克替尼联合TP化疗方案治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效经异质性检验后发现p=0.11,I^2=45%;埃克替尼联合TP化疗方案治疗非小细胞肺癌不良反应的影响经过异质性检验发现p=0.62,I^2=0%。经过Meta分析,治疗组肿瘤治疗有效率改善情况明显优于对照组,有统计学意义(p<0.05)。相对于埃克替尼单一治疗而言,埃克替尼联合TP方案化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果显著,不良反应少,具有积极的临床应用价值。In order to explore the ConMana combined with TP chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer clinical curative effect and security, we made a meta-analysis of treating non-smaU cell lung cancer with icotinib combined with TP chemotherapy and TP chemotherapy by using computer retrieval MEDLINE, Pubmed library, the Chinese biomedical literature database, tsinghua tongfang database and Chinese periodical full-text database for database resources. The date of literature searching is from 2006-2016, and the literature in accordance with the inclusive criteria were made a Meta-analysis. For 15 random objects, this paper studies for the ConMana combined with TP chemotherapy regimen for non-small cell lung cancer curative effect after heterogeneity inspection found that p=0.11, 12=45%; In combination with TP chemotherapy regimen for non-small cell lung cancer with the influence of adverse reactions after heterogeneity inspection found p =0.62, 12 =0%. After Meta-analysis, treatment group effective tumor treatment to improve the situation was better than control group, with statistical significance （p〈0.05）. Relative to the TP on behalf of a single treatment, combination TP scheme for TP chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer in clinical effect is remarkable, less adverse reaction, has a positive value for clinical application.
