摘　　要：针对目前我国高校学生评教实践遇到的困境,大连理工大学以"教改项目研究、学部试点实践"的方式,从统一师生认识、优化学生评教指标体系、提高学生对评教工作的重视以及教师考核与教学效果改进挂钩等几个方面进行了实践探索。5年来的研究表明,构建以学生评教为主,辅以同行评价和专家评价的专业教学质量保障体系不仅是可行的,而且是有效的。Facing the paradox of students＇ evaluation of teaching in Chinese university and colleges, Dalian University of Technology implements the strategy of ＂reform projects research, schools pilot practice＂, explores the students＇ recognition, indicator system, improvement of students＇ attention and faculty performance assessment, etc. Five years＇ research and exploring shows that constructing a combined quality assurance of teaching, with students＇ evaluation as priority and expert＇ s evaluation in complementary, not only is feasible, but also is effective.
