摘  要:家政教育从家庭生活相关的各方面提高学生的整体素质,全科医学强调以家庭为单位照顾,家政教育对于全科医学教育具有更大重要性。以家政教育为创新的CPHC教育模式在全科医学教育中的应用,是在实验组课堂教学内容中增加家庭功能或结构问题讨论,实习内容增加家庭成员角色扮演。综合评价结果显示实验组临床操作、积极协作解决问题能力考核、带教老师评价、对家庭的认知和态度、沟通协调能力、生活自理能力、及对全科医学的认识和态度等均高于对照组。Home economics education improves the whole quality of students from varies of aspects. Mainwhile, General Practice puts the emphasis on taking care of family unit. Thus, home economics education is much important to general practice education. Using of innovative CPHC Model characterized by Home economics education in general practice education is adding questions of familial structure and function in classroom teaching and home economics education in clinical practice teaching. The results of comprehensive evaluation showed that the test group were higher than the controlled group for practical ability, initiative team work and problem-resolving ability, teachers' evaluation, cognition and attitude for family, coordinate and self-care ability, and attitude for general practice either.
