摘 要:为了研究踝关节处于中立位时的生物力学特性,基于中立位踝关节的核磁图像,利用Mimics、Geomagic studio分别建立了不含韧带和含韧带踝关节的三维几何实体模型,利用有限元方法仿真踝关节处于中立位时的受力分布情况,对比分析了不含韧带和含韧带踝关节的力学特性。仿真结果表明:踝关节处于中立位状态时,最大位移位于距骨前侧,最大应变位于软骨,应力较高部位主要集中在胫骨及腓骨上端、胫骨软骨与距骨软骨接触处、距骨颈、距下关节、距骨后突等部位;含韧带踝关节与不含韧带踝关节相比,踝关节的位移、应变、应力的峰值都有所减小,且从其整体趋势看前者的分布更为均匀。In order to study the mechanical characteristics of ankle joints in neutral positions. The three-dimensional geometric model of ankle joints is established by using Mimics, Geomagic and studio, based on the MRI image of neutral ankle joints. The model is used to simulate the mechanical distribution of the ankle joint in neutral position, and explore the mechanics of ankle ligaments. Research shows that the maximum displacement of the ankle joint in neutral position is in the front of the talus, and the maximum strain is at the position of the cartilage. The high stress parts mainly concentrate on the upper of tibia and fibula, tibia cartilage and talus cartilage contact part, neck of the talus, subtalar joint, posterior process of talus and external process of talus. By comparing the simulation results of the two sets of ankle joints, it is found out that the maximum value of displacement, strain and stress of the ankle joint with ligaments are smaller than the ankle joint without ligaments, among which the former is more evenly distributed with regard to its overall trend. Compared with the previous simulation results, the rationality of the results is verified, and the ligament restraining effect on ankle joints is also verified.
