摘  要:目的探讨米氮平在老年脑卒中大鼠核因子(NF)释放中的机制。方法选取2014年4月至2016年6月佳木斯大学附属第一医院进行动物实验老年脑卒中大鼠180只,建立老年大鼠脑卒中后抑郁大鼠模型,采用随机数字方法分为模型组、对照组和实验组,各60只。建模成功后,模型组不采取任何措施,对照组采用疏肝解郁胶囊治疗,实验组采用米氮平治疗,比较三组临床疗效及NF释放机制。结果三组大鼠均取得造模成功。实验组治疗后大鼠精神状况良好,毛色光泽良好,能正常饮水、活动幅度相对较大。对照组治疗后大鼠精神状况一般,毛色无光,基本能饮水,活动幅度较小。大鼠治疗2、7及16 d后,实验组旷野试验结果与对照组和模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2、7及16 d后,实验组糖水消耗量与对照组、模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组NF水平与对照组和模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年脑卒中大鼠采用米氮平治疗效果理想,能阻断α2受体,增加NF的释放,产生抗抑郁和抗焦虑作用,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the mechanism of mirtazapine in the release of nuclear factor (NF) in elderly stroke rats. Methods 180 SD rats were used to establish the model of post-stroke depression aged rats, and then were randomly divided into model group, control group and experimental group (n=60 each). The model group received no treatmetn ; the control group was treated with Shugan Jieyu capsule; the experimental group was treated with mirtazapine. The clinical efficacy and the mechanism of NF release were compared between the 3 groups. Results After the treatment, the rats in the experimental group were in good mental state, and their hair color and luster were good. They were able to drink normally and the range of activity was relatively large ; the rats in the control group were in general mental state, hair color was dull, basically could drink water, and the range of activity was small; After treatment for 2, 7 and 16 d sugar consumption in the experimental group was significantly different from those of model group and control group (P〈0.05). After treatment, the NF level of experimental group was significantly different from those of the control group and model group (P〉0.05). Conclusions Mirtazapine is an ideal treatment for elderly stroke rats. It can block the alpha 2 receptor, increase the release of NF, produce antidepressant and anxiolytic effects, and is worthy of popularization and application.
