摘 要:采用体积比为8∶2的液态石蜡和固态石蜡混合,以磨细膨胀珍珠岩粉为吸附材料,水泥与胶粉混合作为封装材料制备相变储能微胶囊,设计不同相变微胶囊掺量的改性脱硫建筑石膏轻质保温浆料,并研究探讨其性能。结果表明,相变储能微胶囊的掺入对复合材料的施工性能没有不良影响,随着其掺量的增加,复合材料的表观密度略有增大,但导热系数在掺量较大时略有降低;相变储能微胶囊的掺入较大程度提高了复合材料抗压强度。内部结构细化、大孔减少可能是导热系数未增大和强度有较大提高的主要原因。Mixing the liquid and solid paraffin at the volume ratio of 8:2,using finely ground expanded perlite powder as absorbing material,and Portland Cement & emulsion powder as packaging materials to prepare the phase change energy stored material (PCM) microcapsules. Different dosage of PCM microcapsules was added into the modified FGD gypsum insulating mortar, and the physical and mechanical properties of the mortar were investigated. The results show that the addition of PCM microcapsules has no adverse effect on workability of the mortar. The apparent density is slightly increased and thermal conductivity is lightly decreased,and the compression strength is raised remarkably as the dosage of the PCM the microcapsules increased. The primary reason of the change in compression strength and thermal conductivity maybe is the refinement of internal structure and the reduction of macrospores.
