高校女教职工骨质疏松的现状研究

摘　　要：目的探讨分析某高校201名女教职工骨密度的测试结果,被测试者通过测试结果及时调整身体状态,避免出现严重的骨健康问题,从而达到"治未病"的效果,同时通过此研究结果希望能引起各高校女教职工对自身骨健康的重视。方法随机选取某高校201名女教职工进行无创生理机能综合测试,选取生理机能(骨密度)分析报告单的指标,用SPSS17.0统计数据,分析高校女教职工骨质疏松的现状。结果高校女教职工骨密度状况越来越严峻,在高龄发生骨质疏松的危险率越来越高,发生骨折的风险也逐步升高。因此,建议高校女教职工应从当下开始,除了注重饮食调节外,最重要的是通过运动方式来预防骨质疏松的发生,为自己今后的健康生活投一份安全可靠的"保险单"。Objective To study the results of analysis of bone mineral density of 201 female faculties in a university. The subjects were able to adjust the physical condition in time to avoid serious bone health problems, so as to a- chieve the effect of ＂ disease prevention＂ . The results of the study hope that the female teachers in colleges and universities can pay attention to their own bone health. Methods A total of 201 female faculty members were ran- domly selected to carry out noninvasive physiological function test. The indexes of physiological function { bone densityI analysis report were selected. SPSS17. 0 statistical data were used to analyze the status of osteoporosis in female college teachers. Results The bone mineral density of female college teachers was becoming more and more serious~ and the risk of osteoporosis was higher and higher in the elderly. The risk of fracture was gradually in- creased. Therefore, it is recommended that college women workers should start from the moment, in addition to pay attention to diet regulation, the most important thing is through the movement to prevent the occurrence of osteopo- rosis, for their future healthy life to vote a safe and reliable ＂ insurance policy. ＂
