“劲润”牙本质保护膜对楔状缺损树脂修复影响的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察"劲润"牙本质保护膜(HyC)对楔状缺损树脂修复的影响的临床效果。方法将159位楔状缺损患者随机分为A、B、C三组,A组使用3M AdperTM EASY ONE自酸蚀粘结剂粘接,B组使用Single Bond全酸蚀粘结剂粘结,C组使用HyC脱敏后使用Single Bond粘结,三组均使用FiltekZ350复合树脂(2A色)进行修复。修复后分别于即刻、3个月、6个月、12个月对牙本质敏感性进行评价,分别于6个月及12个月对充填体固位效果、继发龋、边缘染色以及表面情况对修复效果进行综合系统评估。结果三组修复后均对患者牙本质敏感情况有明显的改善作用,但在一年之内的数据中自酸蚀粘结剂组以及使用HyC脱敏的两组效果明显优于单独使用全酸蚀粘结剂组(P<0.05),自酸蚀粘结剂组与HyC脱敏组之间差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);分别于6个月及12个月对修复体修复效果的综合评价三组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论HyC可有效降低全酸蚀粘结系统充填后牙本质过敏的程度,且当其与传统粘结剂联合使用充填后短期修复效果与传统粘结剂单独使用无明显差别。Objective To observe the effect of HyC on the repair of wedge-shaped defects.Methods One hundred and fifty nine patients were randomly divided into A,B,and C three groups.Group A used 3 M AdperTM EASY ONE,group B used Single Bond,and group C used Single Bond after hyposensitization with HyC.The Filtek-Z350 composite resin was used to conduct the restoration in all three groups.Dentin sensitivity was evaluated as soon as the restoration was done,three months,six months and twelve months after restoration,and the restoration effects were comprehensively evaluated concerning filling retention,secondary caries,marginal staining,and surface appearance in sixth months and twelve months.Results All the three groups had good desensitization,But in the research data within a year,group A and group C were better than group B（P〈0.05）,and there was no statistically significant difference between group A and group C（P〈0.05）.There was no statistically significant differences among three groups concerning the comprehensive evaluation of the restoration effects 6 months and 12 months after restoration.（P〉0.05）.Conclusion HyC can effectively reduce the degree of dentin hypersensitivity in the totaletching system after filling,and when it is used in combination with traditional binders,the short-term repair effect is not significantly different from that of the traditional adhesive alone.
