口腔颌面部瘘管的诊治体会

摘　　要：目的通过对156例口腔颌面部瘘管病例的临床分析,对其病因、临床表现、诊断、治疗及愈后进行总结,以助于临床同业者对症状明确诊断,缩短治疗疗程、减少误诊及延误治疗,加深对口腔颌面部瘘管诊疗的临床体会。方法滨州医学院附属医院口腔颌面外科门诊及病房收治瘘管患者156例(1989年2月至2017年2月),结合其临床表现特征和鉴别诊断,明确瘘管形成的原因并诊断,依据不同的病因采取相应有效的治疗手段,取得良好效果。结果明确诊断并经过适当治疗的153例瘘管患者均治愈。结论合理的诊疗应尽早就诊,早诊断,早治疗,并选择适当的治疗方式。Objective One hundred fifty six cases of oral and maxillofacial fistulas were evaluated clinically.The etiology,clinical manifestation,diagnosis,treatment and the prognosis were recorded and summarized,to assist clinical peers to better identify a clear diagnosis from symptoms and deepen clinical understanding,shorten the treatment course,reduce misdiagnosis and avoid delayed treatment.Methods One hundred fifty six patients with fistulas in oral and maxillofacial surgery in our hospital（Feb 1989 to Feb 2017）were received and treated.According to corresponding clinical features and differential diagnosis,the fistula formation causes were clarified and treated effectively with proper methods after diagnosis.Results All 153 patients with oral and maxillofacial fistulas were diagnosed and cured.Conclusion Rational diagnosis and treatment should be carried out as early as possible with appropriate therapy options.
