公众科学活动融入环境教育项目设计的效果评估及应用——以“春燕调查”项目为例

摘　　要：公众科学活动是让公众通过系统的采集数据和观测自然现象等途径来参与科学项目的过程。环境教育作为以人类与自然的关系为核心而进行的教育活动已越来越被教育从业人员所重视,其教育价值日渐凸显。本文尝试着对以自然观测为主体的环境教育项目进行实证研究,以"春燕调查"项目为例,将公众科学活动与本土的自然资源相结合,剖析项目的设计思路和评估框架,通过定量与定性相结合的方法,对项目的实施效果数据加以分析,并以此为依据对项目的设计和资源包进行修订及二次开发。Citizen Science is the process where the public participate in scientific projects through collecting data systematically and observing natural phenomena. Environmental education,as the bridge of the relationship between human and nature,has obtained increasing attention by educators. The paper attempts to make an empirical study on environmental education project with natural observation. Taking the"Swallow Investigation"event as an example,the paper seeks to analyze the design ideas and evaluation framework by combining citizen science with local natural resources. Whilst the implementation effect data of the project is analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Last but not the least,the resource package are revised and redeveloped in line with the assessment data of the event.
