摘  要:以含有飞燕草色素、矢车菊色素、天竺葵色素、芍药色素和锦葵色素的混合样本为标准,采用外标法定量法,探讨高效液相色谱法测定的最优条件,结果表明HPLC测定的最优条件为:Zorbax-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.,5μm),流动相为7.5%甲酸乙腈-7.5%甲酸水溶液,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为525 nm。在此条件下测定桑树中台湾长桑、广东无籽大十2个品种的桑葚于青果期、转色期、成熟期的花青素成分及含量,结果表明台湾长桑在3个生长期的花青素含量明显低于广东无籽大十,矢车菊色素是桑葚的主要色素;HPLC方法简便、效果好。Anthocyanin of mulberriesare quantitatedby mixed samples with delphinidin、cyanidine、pelargonidin、peonidin、malvidin according to external reference method and dicuss the optimum condition of the HPLC.The analysis is carried on Zorbax-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.,5 μm).The mobile phase is 7.5% formic acid in acetonitrile -7.5% formic acid in water at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1,detection wavelength is 525 nm.Measuring the components and contents of the anthocyanins in three stages(young capsule stage、turning stage and maturation stage) of Morus macroura from Taiwan and Morus alba called Dashi from Guangdong on this condition.The results show that the content of anthocyanins in three periods of morus macroura from Taiwan are apparently higher than that in morus alba called Dashi from Guangdong.The main pigment in mulberry is cyanidine.The method called HPLC is convenient and effective.
