摘　　要：以情景真实性、案例启发性、内容关联性、撰写规范性为基本原则,建立循证护理案例库,初步收集的12个案例涉及心血管疾病护理、肿瘤护理、介入护理、母婴护理等领域,每个案例由标题、中文摘要及关键词、引言、注释、正文、思考题、附录、案例使用说明8个部分构成。在2015及2016级研究生的循证护理学课程教学中应用循证护理案例库,并对案例内容的系统性、案例实践性、案例启发性、教学形式、授课技巧及实际教学效果6个方面进行了教学评价,评价结果均为优秀。A evidence-based case base was established based on the principles of real situation,case illumina- tion,content relevance and standardized writing. Twelve cases involving cardiovascular nursing,oncology nursing, nursing of interventional therapy,maternal and child care were collected. Each case consisted of eight parts includ- ing title,abstract and key words,the introduction,annotations,main text,questions,appendix and directions for case usage. We applied the case base in the course of evidence-based nursing for graduate students of 2015 and 2016. The evaluation was carried out in six aspects including the systematicness,practicality and inspiration,teaching forms,teaching skills and the actual teaching effects. The evaluation results were excellent.
