浅谈甲状舌管囊肿的外科治疗

摘　　要：目的 总结甲状舌管囊肿（T D C）的外科治疗经验.方法 收集2012—2014年中国医科大学附属第一医院收治的97例甲状舌管囊肿患者,对其外科治疗临床资料进行分析.结果 成人组57行Sistrunk手术治疗;25例行单纯囊肿切除术.儿童组8例行Sistrunk手术治疗;7例行单纯囊肿切除术.85例术后病理结果证实为TDC;随访6~36个月,复发4例,均为成人,其中2例合并瘘管形成.结论 推荐Sistrunk手术为主要的甲状舌管囊肿术式选择;术前诊断的准确性、感染及手术范围不足可能是术后复发的因素.Objective To summarize the experiences of surgical treatment of thyroglossal duct cyst. Methods A total of 97 patients with thyroglossal duct cyst were recruited from No. 1 affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from 2012 to 2014, and clinical information were analyzed. Results 47 patients performed Sistrunk operation, and 25 patients performed simple cystectomy in adult group. In addition, 8 patients adopted Sistrunk operation, and 7 patients adopted simple cystectomy in child group. A total of 85 cases were diagnosed TDC using postoperative pathological results. Followed up 6-36 months, 4 adult patients relapsed, and 2 cases have combined fistula formation. Conclusion Sistrunk operation is the first choice of surgical treatment of thyroglossal duct cyst. The accuracy of diagnosis, infection, and insufficient operation scope may be the main factors for post- operative recurrence.
